Request to Change the design of powerHA Smart assit for Oracle which depends on /tmp fs to setup temp files to elsewhere

Customer wants to change the design code of powerHA smart assist for oracle which depends on /tmp fs to setup temp files to elsewhere.
Customer had regular outages in recent days due to /tmp fs getting full since any (non-previleged) user/Application user can fill /tmp filesystem.
In such conditions "smart assist for Oracle" is unable to create temp files in /tmp which leads to failure of Application monitoring.

From the powerHA script /usr/es/sbin/cluster/sa/oracle/sbin/DBUtilities We can see that powerHA is relying on /tmp fs as below.
typeset loadfile=/tmp/sqlplus.load.$$
typeset rc_file=/tmp/sqlplus.result.$$
typeset envfile=/tmp/sqlplus.env.$$
loadfile=/tmp/sqlplus.load.$$
rc_file=/tmp/sqlplus.result.$$
typeset envfile=/tmp/sqlplus.env.$$
loadfile=/tmp/sqlplus.load.$$
rc_file=/tmp/sqlplus.result.$$
typeset loadfile=/tmp/sqlplus.load.$$
typeset rc_file=/tmp/sqlplus.result.$$

We had already opened "PMR: 01385,832,832" where IBM labs suggested to create a RFE for above problem.

Customer wants IBM to change the "powerHA Smart assist for Oracle" depending on /tmp fs to setup temp files to elsewhere./tmp filesystem can be filled by any non previliged user
and that should not lead to the downtime of Application/Database.

Please be noted that Customer raised concern that they do not see issues when /tmp fs is full with Veritas Cluster Manger used for High Availablity for Oracle.

    .This functionality has been delivered with PowerHA 7.2.5.
    Please refer to the following link

    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/powerha-aix/7.2?topic=notes-powerha-systemmirror-725-standard-edition-release

    Oracle temporary file removal

    During discovery, start, stop, and monitoring operations of PowerHA SystemMirror Smart Assist for Oracle, temporary files are created in the /tmp directory. However, system failure might occur due to increase in size of the /tmp directory and low availability of free space. In PowerHA SystemMirror Version 7.2.5, or later, you can use the PowerHA SystemMirror default log directory for intermediate file operations.
