PowerHA support handle SNMP trap notification from the SVC for automatic recovery from replication link down

I would require PoweHA support handle SNMP trap notification from the SVC as it does from IBM DS8000 family.
I need PowerHA to detect link down, link degraded and link up events as it does from IBM DS8000 family, and this be shown in clstrmgr.debug file and errpt command output.
