System Planning Tool enhancements are thro SPT Support/India/IBM. An email from SPT Developer was sent to Kurt on 8/Jul and have not received a reply.

The System planning tool does not have any options to configure SR-IOV.
The SPT only identifies slots that support SR-IOV capable Ethernet adapters.
Hi,
System Templates is a new feature in HMC which allows to configure system settings and setup the VIOS. Once the system is setup, you can make use of partition templates to create the partitions. Both system and partition templates support SRIOV. Please check the templates feature and do let us know if your requirement is addressed by the same.
