RELATED IDEAS

Move the functions handled by RMC between HMC and LPAR to the hypervisor.

Move the dlpar-related functions from the RMC connection to the PHYP. The OS/400 is already doing this (it has the functions, but doesn't talk to the RMC).

Advantages:
- No need for an RMC connection.
- Can handle multiple tenants with the same IP ranges.
- For high-security environments, you can have the advantages of DLPAR without exposing the HMC to an LPAR. (Or the LPAR to the HMC)
