Get Elastic Capacity on Demand CoD code via an api call.

This is the only missing step to a larger automation idea to automatically allocate Elastic Capacity on Demand to a LPAR with a shell script.

I have solved adding a CoD code to a frame and activating the resource and adding it to a LPAR through the HMC.

The issue is the code is frame specific and I don't know which frame will need capacity tomorrow with HA and DR in use.

What I need is an API to generate the code used by the chcod command.

Getting codes from ESS works for testing but I don't want to manually get another code everyday.

Yes, Power Enterprise Pools 2.0 would have been way better than this but this is the hardware I have.
