Dynamically add PowerVC created LPARs to the HMC users resource role (if it is existing for the user).
When the HMC is the platform manager for Power Systems, and PowerVC is connected to the HMC, PowerVC will have the same permissions to perform operations on the resources managed by the HMC as the HMC user PowerVC logged in as.
PowerVC do not automatically add the newly created LPAR to the HMC users resource role.
With a restricted resource role HMC user, PowerVC will add LPARs but they will not show up with PowerVC since they are not part of the current HMC users resource role.
Currently all PowerVC added LPARs will have to be manually added by HMC CLI chaccfg and specifying resource role and LPAR.
