Add tags to the target devices by SCG or storage templante,so the customer can select which target they wants for to balance

By corporate standards and best practices the client needs to balance the wwpns of the target device(SVC storwize) for each deploy performed. We noticed that they could use powervc_target_wwpn_blacklist to try to force just use the required wwpns for the target device in PowerVC 1.3.3 SP1, but this parameter would apply only for all deployments and the client would always be forced to restart the cincer service (powervc-servicer cinder restart) the idea would be to add it in the SCG (storage connectivity group) or storage template, As we add a tag to the ports of fiber channels, is it possible in the following improvements to add a tag to the target devices so that the client can select which target they wants? We know that powervc selects these wwpns from target devices randomly, but the client would like to be able to select by means of tags which wwpns for target device they want.
