Add option in PowerVC to make use of snapshot feature of storwize instead of flashcopy to deploy VMs from images

Storwize (Spectrum Virtualize, V7K, V9K, ..) offers 2 options to clone a volume: flashcopy or snapshot.

Flashcopy is the solution that PowerVC implements today in order to deploy VMs from images when the storage provider is a Storwize based storage.

Flashcopy does a full copy of the source volume, and while that copy happens in the background, it can take quite some time.

Snapshot uses copy on write and allow for an immediate creation of the clone without any actual copy having to happen (only the changes gets written as the snapshot-ed volume gets accessed).
