Remote restart when system is in Standby state

Simplified Remote Restart stops when power system after system dump is restarted and enters standby mode.

    Thank you for the feedback. Let's please work this through the support channels... is your system set to come up in system standby mode? If so, VMs will inherently not be started in this configuration.
