PowerVC Login Interface Project Selection

PowerVC web interface offers no choice as to which Project is being logged into. It tries to store a client-side cookie to determine the last Project accessed and uses that cookie, or if missing, the last(?) instance from an unsorted(?) list of instances on the server that they have access to.

This means the "Power" users are never certain which Project (if more than one is available to them) will be the one they login to. This leads to an inconsistent login experience. This is very noticeable in configurations where browsers do not retain stored cookies across sessions/instances. Admin accounts and Project managers are a prime example of this class of user.

The web interface should offer (after login?) a list of the available Projects to the user that they have access to, so they can select which Project to enter. This select list could default select to the last accessed project (as stored in the user profile) to provide smoother access.
