Integrate Huawei Storage Cinder driver into PowerVC

Huawei Storage is not one of the available storage providers in PowerVC. Please integrate the Huawei Storage Cinder driver into PowerVC. Huawei is Platinum Member of Openstack, Huawei Storage is also a core Cinder team member and has had in-tree Cinder drivers in OpenStack since the Havana release.

    Thanks for the request, we will consider this for a future release, primarily based on customer demand. Note that you can always refer a customer to leverage PowerVC's pluggable storage support:

    ...this allows any Cinder driver to be leveraged without necessarily relying on formal integration.

    Huawei Storage is the top vendor in China's external disk storage market. Many customers will be appreciate that if Huawei Storage provider can be integrateinto PowerVC.
