Email all self-service users / Add custom email templates and rules

PowerVC has a built-in email functionality for requests/expiration notices. Enhancing the product with the ability to send notices to all users and users by project (maintenance notices / security bulletins / reminders) via the built-in "donotreply" email would be convenient for administrators.

We should also be able to build new email templates and be able to customize under which circumstances they send. I.E. - Reminder emails for users to register their systems 3 days after the machines are deployed.

    Thank you for the suggestion - we will consider this for a future release, to improve the usability of Cloud Edition of PowerVC
