To be able to specify a preferred node and site when deploying to a SVC stretch cluster

When deploying a VM by PowerVC on an SVC stretch Cluster the volumes are created with a preferred node ID one on site A and one on site B in a round robin fashion. So the VM running on a host in site A has half it's disk with a preferred node on the remote site B which can affect performance.

The volumes created by PowerVC also do not have a site specified in the SVC.

Adding the option of specifying a site ID and a preferred node in the storage template would allow deployment of a VM without having to go manually to the SVC to specify or changes the site and preferred node ID.
