Goal to bind Power VC to AD

Then Create AD groups and bind two primary roles: VM requester vs full admin to AD groups. And do this by and for independant projects within powervc

The documentation here https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSXK2N_1.4.1/com.ibm.powervc.standard.help.doc/powervc_ldap_hmc.html has some notes, but lacks any examples so as it is very disruptive, makes it worthless as a document. It also provides no guidance on how to work with projects
