Cleanup after a remote restart of a VM when a system profiles are restored from backups

Assume that a running system was failed completely loosing its profiles and running VMs were remote restarted by PowerVC to other running systems.

In above case, after the failure loosing profiles and VMs are relocated auotmatically. When the failed system was powered up with profiles restored from backups including Hypervisor configuration, the PowerVC was expected to clean-up the leftover profiles left behind prior to the failure when it is taken off from maintenance for VMs that was Remote restarted.

This task of cleaning up Remote Restarted VMs are not taking place as per current design - please refer to the Support Case Number TS001211959.

The request is to automatically cleanup any VM that was remote restarted on any previous system if the Remote restarted VM is running on another new system.
