Ability to Onboard VM with Logical Ports (SRIOV)

A classical VM is deployed on PowerVC. We need it to use Logical Ports because its OS level does not support VNIC adapters. we have to add them after the deploy, once the VM is managed by powerVC.

for some reason we unmanage the host or the VM, we w'ont be able to get it back under powerVC supervision because it will appear as "unmanageable" because of its logical ports.

this is a special environment where LPM is not enabled and physical adapters can be assigned (for licensing reasons, or bandwith needs)
