PowerVC option to save avail_priority on Migrate

On using the Migrate function in PowerVC, to move a partition to another managed system, it uses LPM.

PowerVC has the notion of "availability priority" which is used by remote restart to determine the sequence in which to start partitions on disasters. When using Migrate it always sets avail_priority to 127, regardless of the old value.

According to development this works as designed.

We strongly believe Migrate should also "migrate" (save) the "avail_priority" by default, OR should give an option (checkbox-type input) to save or reset the value.
