Support for Shared Processor Pools

From several PowerVC workshops I hear from customers that the support for Shared Processor Pools is a very important feature.

Some customers they even can't start with that feature (to be license compliant).

This function has been added to PowerVC v1.2.3 with the latest fix pack and is in PowerVC v1.3. You can specify the shared processor pool name on deployment and it is honored through the VM lifecycle.

Our CPU's are split into 2 pools (DB and APP). This helps to manage the database licensing restrictions (which are CPU based). VC is useless to me if I can't manage the VM's within a CPU pool.
