Keyboard error / red x cannot be cleared with the left control key in an IBM i noVNC console session in the IBM Cloud

IBM i console session in the IBM i cloud environment uses noVNC / Power VC under the covers. After discussing this problem with Power VC development they suggested submitting an RFC. In other emulators used by IBM i (PCOMM, iAccess, etc.) The red x that will show up in the lower left corner of the 5250 screen for a keyboard error can be cleared by pressing the left control key. In noVNC, this does not work. In fact nothing works to clear the error. The only solution is to end the console session and start a new one. Additionally, the PMR field on the RFE request form does not accept Saleforce case IDs since we have transisitioned from PMRs to cases. Here is the SF case number for this customer, ignore what I put in the PMR field. TS003153430
