Name of created LPAR profile should be changeable

Some customers have naming conventions also for the name of the LPAR profiles. Today the default name for a profile of a deployed LPAR is "default_profile". This should be changeable - at least in a config file, but better individually in a compute template or in the deploy mask.

In PowerVC the cloud delivery management function allows for mapping of resources instead of explicitly naming the resources. Naming resources is counter to OpenStack strategy. PowerVC provides an API to allow mapping resources to VM. IBM intends to provide additional capability to simplify accessing this facility.
