Add a drop down to choose VIO Server on vNIC create on deploy

PVC 2.0.2.x introduced the ability to create network adapters in preferred order OR allow automated order on adapter creation. That was very handy (I saw the earlier RFE and you stepped up) as building bonds on back-end I need to know which adapter is which on the way in. Now I saw where my vNIC backing device for the same VLAN (call it 149) ended up choosing the same VIO for backing device. Not good. Please add a drop down column for VIO server choice for vNIC creation. The fix in the interim? Go in HMC and disalbe/delete/add backing device to point to "other" VIO. Painful but doable. Worst part? Better make sure you go through config with a fine tooth comb prior to production. By the way, doing non-redundant vNIC and relying on bonding on VM to provide availibility. As mentioned in that other comment, vNIC failover via VIO is too slow.
