Enhance the Huawei Cinder Driver to be certified with PowerVC 2.0.3

Huawei Storage is used by a number of customers in Saudi Arabia who would like to use PowerVC for VM deployment with NPIV storage attached. Currently, PowerVC can only be used for vSCSI SSP storage because of the lack of functionality of the Huawei Cinder driver with PowerVC. Without this enhancement and the support for the Cinder driver to be certified with PowerVC, customers cannot take full advantage of the PowerVC application and utilize openstack from PowerVC to deploy Openshift on Power. That is, using openstack to initialize a RHEL CoreOS VM with an ignition file to build the boot , master and worker nodes in the cluster. In addition, a fully certified Cinder driver for Huawei will provide the other storage replication features available in PowerVC. Customers require the cinder driver to be certified to ensure full support from IBM. Consequently, the main features to be provided by satisfying this request are; Ability to deploy an NPIV based VM from an image. Ability to deploy Redhat Openshift on Power using Huawei Storage and the supported Ignition file boot method. Ability to utilize the storage replication features of PowerVC. Certification of the Huawei Cinder driver with PowerVC 2.0.3

Can the PowerVC development team add an expected timeline for inclusion of the Huawei certified cinder driver? For example , within the next weeks or months in a PowerVC update?
