Enhancement to "VM delete function" to allow the change of default setting to prevent build-up of orphaned disk volumes

When deleting VMs user will get a prompt asking for ALL or Boot volumes, but the default setting is "boot volumes". As the users tend to keep the default setting when deleting VMs, we are seeing a build-up of orphaned Disc volumes that are never used again and needs manual housekeeping. Can we have an enhancement that will allow us to configure this default value so we have the option to customise and set the default as ALL volumes for our environment? This will help us reduce the manual overhead for housekeeping these manually.
