Changing the SRIOV port label on an existing Network Template

Currently editing the SRIOV port label on existing network template is not possible, this is important for customers who are using SEA based hosts and are adding SRIOV based hosts to PowerVC.  Even for the same network, customer's have to create new templates with the SRIOV port label, this leads to creatation of duplicate network templates for the same network and increases the management complexity.
