Option to save VM configuration (Compute Template/SCG-IPG/Volume Template mapping/IP address mapping etc) while unmanaging a VM, so that managing the VM back brings back the configuration.

Currently the VM configuration information such as Compute Template used/SCG-IPG used/Volume Template mapping/IP address mapping etc are lost when a VM is unmanaged. Remanaging  the same VM causes problem as the information is lost and it is upto the administrator to manually map through CLI where possible.

This leads to a broken VM configuration when there is a mismatch in the SCG/Templates. Currently unmanage and remanage is the only option available for some powervc operations, for example renaming  volume template requires all storage volumes to be unmanaged.
