Provide sites in PowerVC

In a PowerVC environment that is managing resources at multiple sites there is currently no method by which to "group" those resources eg: compute & storage that are located at a site into a site. There are hostgroups, but these are only for compute. Having a "site" in PowerVC would allow for hosts/hostgroups and storage that are located at a site to be part of a group so that both storage and compute can be allocate to the same site. This would be useful for multisite availability.

Another option would be to be able to associate storage devices with a hostgroup so that storage utilised by the hosts in the hostgroup is provided by the assocated storage. A single storage device would need to be able to be associated with multipe hosts groups thus defining the resrouces at a site.
