Validate storage for VM from a PowerVC view

We have some issues when storage is being removed before a decommission of VM has ben run from PowerVC ending up in the playbook failing since all storage tasks are failing. It would be of high interest that one from PowerVC could validate that whats seen in PowerVC is actually whats inside HPE 3PAR.

Also, such a validation could be used in other playbooks to validate VM and its storage since today disks can be all green in PowerVC even if disks are no longer there, even after env checker. A delete command in such scenario will fail, however do some deletion parts which can be a bit unsecure on what has been removed or not. With validations we can also avoid unnessary IBM SR´s.
