support web portal interface on separate vlan (network) interface

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Current situation with HMC and LKU is the following:
we have two networks
1. administrative (admin) LAN (non-routed LAN and is used to communicate with HMCs, LPARs and NIM environment). So every LPAR, HMC and NIM server is connected to this LAN. This is an isolated LAN.
When we run an LKU i.c.w. an HMC we only communicate via this admin LAN. In other words, an LPAR authenticates with hmcauth to an HMC via this LAN.

2. productive LAN (routed LAN, connected to HMC and so called 'stepping stones'.

Situation with PowerVC:

PowerVC can only communicate via only one vlan.

Therefore we cannot separate network traffic.

We like to have the ability to separate https traffic for the GUI PowerVC lan form all the other necessary traffic such as RMC traffic and other management protocols for managing the cluster.

In other words we like to have to possibility to steer our traffic via multiple vlans same behavior is possible on the HMC’s
