NON SAN storage connectivity groups go inactive and you can't bring them active after they are inactive. Need to be able to remove vm's from inactive groups or change in the UI.

Unable to add storage when SCG is inactive for a VM. 

 Storage went unavailable due to ssp cluster issue with VIOS's .. on PowerVC the storage connectivity group for NON SAN storage went inactive. 

Issue 1: 

This needs an enhancement to either allow you to bring it active or change the time out value to 24-48 hours vs 2 hours so there is time to fix the issue before the connectivity group goes inactive and you cant bring it back.

 

Issue 2: 

The UI needs an option to change or remove the non san storage connectivity group off a virtual machine. When the VM storage connectivity group goes inactive you are not able to add disks to the existing VM it is tied to the inactive SCG. We need to be able to remove the SCG or change it to an active SCG so we do not have to unamange / re-manage the VM. CLI is to tedious when you have a lot of VM's tied to a inactive connectivity group.
