PowerVC Support for selected I/O Group at SVC Host Creation

We have a customer with a larger number of hosts (> 256) each having 8 FC ports (paths).

Because PowerVC for the deployment of new VMs creates the host object on the IBM SAN Volume Controller (SVC) in each SVC I/O group the SVC's limit of 2048 FC host port per I/O group gets exhausted for every I/O group and the customer couldn't deploy new VMs -- significant manual re-configuration efforts with regards to moving volumes and hosts to a single I/O group were required to recover from this undesired PowerVC deployments and allow the customer to benefit from the scalability provided by multiple SVC I/O groups.

This request is for having the PowerVC VM deployment function changed such that if a storage template with a single (or subset of available) SVC I/O group is selected that not only the volumes are configured only on the specified I/O group like today but also the host will be created only in the specified I/O group (via PowerVC submitting a "mkhost" SVC CLI command with using the "-iogrp <io_grp_from_storage_template>" parameter).

This would prevent undesired SVC host configurations where hosts get created across all 4x available I/O groups with unnecessary consumption of available FC host ports.
