Restrict users with 'deployer' privileges to certain host groups

Users with 'deployer' privileges can currently deploy to any server within the PowerVC environment. Restricting users to only certain host groups would allow greater flexibility whilst protecting other hosts.

This is a model in which we would recommend users to use the cloud edition of PowerVC introduced with v1.3.1 (or later). An administrator can create a deploy template that targets a specific host (or group) and the user can't make further selections. This type of 'advanced' customization likely won't appear in the standard edition as it aligns more with the cloud model where you want your 'end users' really only doing a very limited set of tasks - i.e., self-service users in the cloud edition. Thanks for the great suggestion and hopefully this solution works for the scenario.
