Enhancement for remanaging Linked Clones VMs

PowerVC does not re-associate an linked clone to the master image after you unmanage and re-manage the lpar. This allows you to delete the master copies of the linked clones, causing them to crash.

This problem also shows up every time you reinstall PowerVC. It does not associate any existing lpars back to their golden image in a linked clone environment.

This problem would allow an administrator to believe that a master image is not being used and delete it, which would cause entire ecosystems to be deleted as well. I have performed this operation in a test environment successfully several times. I was informed by development that this is 'working as intended'. This is unacceptable for an enterprise level management solution.

We understand the situation. In the short term you can use native SSP commands to find the associations. We will put this into defer status to address in the future. We appreciate the suggestion for enhancement!
