IBM i freezes during VIOS dump

When a VIOS dumps (for any reason) the IBM i client partitions freeze waiting the end of the dump and the IPL of the first VIOS in order to be served by the second VIOS. The time is variable but around 4-5 minutes (not feasable for a bank online).
Three different PMRs were opened to ask a fix to this problem. TS002834146 and TS003102561 from VIOS side and TS002863198 from IBM i side.
The problem was been identified in the closing of CRQs by the first copy of the VIOS that happens today after that the dump ends. The request for enhancement is to handle the closure of the CRQs before starting the dump in order to release the fiber channel resources and give the control to the second copy of the VIOS. This will avoid a freeze for the clients partitions IBM i and AIX even if for the last one (AIX) the effects can be mitigated changing some FC timeout parameters, with some risks from a data integrity point of views (based on the IBM i laboratory comments)

    Changes have been made in VIOS version 3.1.4.0 and later and IBM i versions V7R3 TR13, V7R4 TR7 and V7R5 TR1 and later that address this request.
