Add the feature to disable migration with Novalink, as it is already possible with the HMC (migration_disabled=0)

We have this customer that needs to move its Oracle server to a powerVC environment but wants to be sure that no LPM will be done.
The only proof we can provide him (if we exclude the PowerVC/HMC/errpt logs which can be deleted at will), would be to show him that at a LPAR level, the migration ability is simply disabled.

It is possible to disable it with the chsyscfg command :
chsyscfg -m frame -r lpar -i "lpar_id=12,migration_disabled=1"

... but is is not available to hosts managed by Novalink.

So we have to move this VM to an old Power7 managed by HMC to allow this disable operation.

Even better, it should be authorized in the GUI (checking a box in the VM properties) !

    Pin Virtual Machine on specific hosts is supported now in PowerVC 1.4.4 release, This will help you to block migration of VM during ARR or host Maintenance. Thanks again for this suggestion!

    We are adding Pin VM feature in PowerVC 1.4.4 release coming in Dec 2019, This will allow you to achieve your goal from PowerVC. Please let us know if this helpful to close this RFE, below are the details of that feature.
    Pin virtual machines:
    You can choose to soft pin or hard pin a virtual machine to the host where it is currently running. When you 'Soft Pin' a virtual machine for high availability, PowerVC automatically migrates the virtual machine back to the original host once the host is back to operating state. In a case where the virtual machine has any licensing restriction with the host, the 'Hard Pin' option helps you to restrict the movement of the virtual machine during remote restart, automated remote restart, DRO and live partition migration.
