Automated FS cleanup on VIOS (skulker, etc)

From our original PMR (37280,101,616) regarding automated FS cleanup on VIOS:

"Automated cleanup of unused files can be achieved via skulker.
But this is not avaiable on VIOS in padmin environment.
Also,it would need to be modified to suite VIOS's unique requirements.

A DCR will need to created to address this problem."

A DCR was created (MR0818144445), but 'lost'. We have since been advised to create the RFE to request this functionality in VIOS.

    IBM has evaluated the priority of this enhancement proposal relative to other future product content and determined that this RFE will not be pursued for a future product release.

    .Please provide some detail about the files (including location) that you'd like to use skulker for. Are these VIOS logs, or are these files created by 3rd party solutions? Thanks.

    .Unlike a general purpose OS, VIOS focuses on virtualization capabilities that does not typically result in file generation such that an automation tool for file clean-up is thought to be necessary. If we're misunderstanding the use cases, please re-submit with additional detail. Thanks.
