Get the lpar name instead of lpar id on lsmap -vadapter output

The only way I have to get the lpar name to which a vhost is connected to is to get it in the HMC. On my clients HMC access is restricted to the NIMs and not available on the VIOS. So I am unable to write a script that get's all the mappings for a certain lpar, and that will be useful when scripting lpar decommission tasks.

Basically it is to have the information provided by 'echo "vfcs" | kdb | grep scsi' but on the VIOS side

vhost0->lparname1

vhost1->lparname2

(...)

vhostn->lparnameN
