VIOSUPGRADE / UPDATEIOS -- Add "Date" and "Time" prefixes to screen output

Whilst running the update / upgrade (VIOS) commands one cannot easily see "when" a specific piece of screen output was written, was it a second ago or two hours?

Having the extra detail displayed on the screen helps with understanding, improves clarity, and provides a "sanity check" when glancing at the screen to ensure the process is "progressing" (yes, we could tail "/home/ios/logs/viosupg_status.log" for "high level" information).
