Enhancements in partition migration between different FC environments

Hello,
many times, we work in environments where partitions are migrated between servers that do not share the same hardware configuration (e.g., fewer FC cards, Ethernet cards, etc.).
If the source server has a mapping of one virtual FC (vFC) adapter to one physical port, but the target server maps two vFC adapters to one physical port, migration becomes impossible—even if VIOS and firmware versions support double mapping. Obviously there are simple workarounds but that is not the point.
A significant enhancement would be to allow different mappings on the target server during migration. Currently, this can only be done manually , not as part of the migration process.
Perhaps adding more options in the Virtual FC mapping settings on HMC during partition migration could enable selecting the same FCS on the target system.?
Regards
Marcin
