The vfcmap command should return an error if you are overloading the physical port.

From customer: I believe I've figured out the problem, I think that we had too many virtual adapters mapped to the same fiber port.
I tool a closer look at all of the mappings on both VIO servers, and it looks like LPM did not preserve the same port mappings from the source
frame. That did a couple of things that threw this off. Our physical
ports were not balanced in usage, and we had LPARs that did not use the physical ports we had expected.

Customer would like to see some documentation on this from IBM:

- Some article should be published with this error code, indicating that this could be the source of the problem.

- The vfcmap command should probably return an error if you
are overloading the physical port. If there are reasons to permit this
behavior, it would be reasonable to require a ?--force? flag to be
added to the command.
