Need a permanent fix for the issues getting created by the presence of unused adapters in the System

We were told through case TS002396037 that the presence of unused Ethernet and Fiber Channel adapters are the cause for reoccurring SEA failures on our VIOs. Upon Failure we have to restart our VIOs to bring back the SEA to a stable state. We were told that there is no permanent fix for this and we only have a workaround to disable adapter and unload the device driver until next rebooot or CFGMGR. Can we have a permanent fix developed for this, as it will eradicate the need of implementing the workaround manually or through cron job up on every CFGMGR or reboot and will prevent unplanned downtime for our Applications hosted on the Clients of these VIOs.
