Add new option for viosupgrade script to execute unattended and to stop before the reboot of the alternate disk

The migration from vios 2.2.6.4x to 3.1.0.21 is done using the viosupgrade script, which creates the alternate rootvg on the spare disk and transfers some data for the upgrade to be used after reboot.
As designed today, it will not stop before reboot unless you are interactively running and you answer to the stop prompt.
current options do not include any way of stopping before the reboot
viosupgrade -l -i image_file -a mksysb_install_disk [-c] [-g filename]

The proposed enhancement refers to adding a -boot (yes or no ) option when the script is executed, which will allow a delayed reboot and also will allow the execution on multiple vios at the same time.
