Enhancing event notification for notifying critical/warning events + their corresponding recovery events

System: IBM VM Recovery Manager HA 1.4.

Actor: Administrator needs new functionality

Description: We ask to enhance functionality for critical/warning events. The new functionality should deliver new option/behaviour for sending recovery notifications also. The current settings sends notifications only on the start of the event, but administrator is not notified about successfull resolution of the problem.
The advised solution to the situation is setting notification level to "high", but this is not suitable solution for us, because it leads to an excessive amount of notifications.
