VMRMDR - Discover/Verify "Additional VLANs"

The VMRMDR needs to be enhanced to able to discover/verify the VLANs listed in the "Additional VLANs" section of the HMC profiles during discover/verify operations so that they complete successfully without errors. This would also allow the ksysmgr, via the command line, to be able to move the LPARs to remote sites without the "-f" option which is required in version 1.6.

In version 1.6 and before, VMRMDR limits its VLAN support to only one VLAN per physical adapter. If you have multiple VLANs on one adapter, you will always get "discover" errors and the "-f" has to be used in your rehearsals and moves.
