Change references of "discovery" (no such process) to "discover"

VMRDR has a "discover" and "verify" process but the word "discovery" is used too often, causes confusion, and should be changed to "discover". Here are two examples:

1. This vm's STATE should be "DISCOVER_FAILED" instead of "DISCOVERY_FAILED". The "Dr Test State" has it correct with "DISCOVER_ONLY" - it does not wrongly state "DISCOVERY_ONLY".

# ksysmgr q vm client_host
Name: client_host
UUID: 4778XXX-4XXX-4XXX-9XXX-8450XXXXXXXX
State: DISCOVERY_FAILED
Dr Test State: DISCOVER_ONLY
Host: s1024
Priority: Medium
Skip_power_on: None
Homehost: s1024
DrTargetHost: s924
Active Pool: WASPool
PoolMap: None

2. When a VM is managed, the resulting prompt says to run a "discovery". Since there is no "discovery" process, this should say "discover". However, even this adds confusion because the output does not say what to run the discover on.

#: ksysmgr modify workgroup AIX_Tier1 policy=delete vm=client_host
Workgroup AIX_Tier1 VM(s) were successfully modified.
client_host successfully unmanaged. Please run discovery to apply changes
