VMRDR needs to handle SSH login security banners displayed by a storage_agent

When running a discover on a workgroup, if the remote storage_agent (like a FS9200) has a security login banner enabled, VMRDR is reading that banner as actual input to be parsed instead of ignoring it and only reading the true data. When connecting to the storage_agent via SSH, parameters to disable the banner could be used to discard the banner.

The security banner output can be seen in the /var/ksys/log/ksys_svc_policy.log:
