V7R3 to V7R5 Cross-reference PTF .csv

Can IBM provide the V7R3 to V7R5 cross-reference PTF list in a .csv format, similar to what's available for V7R4 to V7R5? To my knowledge, the V7R3 to V7R5 cross-reference list is currently only available in .pdf.

We have developed a tool that can compare the PTF Group levels installed on a system and those available from IBM. When we see a difference between the group levels we use SNDPTFORD to order the PTF's directly to an Image Catalog ready for install...
