Sorting in NIM

change the AIX 72 sctape driver to return dk_stat sturcture so iostat can read the data and display it

iostat -ap 1 1 does not show the SAS attached tape drive System configuration: lcpu=32 drives=12 paths=28 vdisks=1 tapes=0 The ATAPE driver does not support this drive attached via SAS (or USB), so we cannot just switch drivers.
