SUMA setup

we need SUMA to have automated scripts as cronjobs. we also need a GUI version of the SUMA usage and not memorising commands to carry out download. we also need SUMA to be able to download ISO images from ESS sites and not only accessing fixcentral.

A way to have AIX point to a "VIP" so that each LPAR can follow the trusted LDAP certificate chain instead of having to update the cert on each LPAR every year.
