Customizeable Tooltips

Need more useful Tooltips in charts. Use Case: Chart with number of visits as measure, sales region as dimension, and fiscal year as legend. On hover, user sees "2017 8:4". Tooltip needs to show "FY 2017, Week 8, Visits 4".
