extend AIX ARTEX catalog for rdma capable SR-IOV Logical ports and vNIC backing device (adapter/ofedroce)

SRIOV VF RDMA is NOT supported on most LP. nevertheless the default value of rdma is desired and increase VIOS memory footprint in large environments.
